A Bridgerton-Inspired Affair
REHEARSAL DINNER
For this most charming prelude to the grand affair, guests are invited to attire themselves in any color of their choosing—so long as it does not bear the likeness of a garden in bloom.
A touch of refinement, a whisper of elegance, and perhaps even a nod to the Regency era shall be most welcome. Might one add a flourish of Regency flair? But of course! A delicate glove, an elegant waistcoat, a well-placed brooch—should one desire to pay homage to the romantic splendor of the era, such details shall be most admired.
WEDDING DAY
On this most auspicious day, the color palette has been chosen with the utmost care. Guests are encouraged to adorn thyself in shades most regal — Plum, Orchid, Lilac or Amethyst — with whispers of Rose or Blush, if you so fancy.
A true gentleman knows that formality is the foundation of refinement. Thus, for this grand occasion, all men shall arrive in the timeless sophistication of Black Tie. One may don a classic tuxedo, complete with all the proper adornments—lest they wish to draw the eye of Lady Whistledown’s quill for all the wrong reasons.
Those in the wedding entourage are kindly obliged to don their assigned hue, as decreed by the betrothed.
As pillars of wisdom and guidance, our Principal Sponsors shall be adorned in the most distinguished shades of Silver or Grey, exuding a grace befitting their honored role.
Those bestowed as Secondary Sponsors shall attire themselves in Plum, Orchid, or Amethyst, a trio of shades as rich in meaning as they are in beauty.
Should further inquiries arise regarding one’s attire, do not hesitate to seek counsel. For as all know, to be properly dressed is to be halfway to securing one’s place in high society.
